We understand that sometimes batteries stop working before their time. The Aftercare battery program provides coverage to replace batteries that fail before they should.

Aftercare is a Mechanical Repair Agreement (often referred to as an Extended Service Contract or an Extended Warranty). This product is different from a manufacturer’s warranty. By definition a manufacturer’s warranty must be provided by the manufacturer at no cost to the customer.

Aftercare is available on powersports equipment exclusively. We all know that there are major differences between cars and motorcycles but too often service contract companies take car experts and put them in charge of powersports programs. Our dealers enjoy the benefit of working with people who have a powersports focus.

Aftercare is the most important accessory your customers can buy for their Powersport vehicles. Unlike some other programs, Aftercare reimburses the full retail cost of parts needed to repair a covered breakdown and it also pays the dealership’s posted shop labor rate, at flat rate time, for covered failures. With a $0 deductible, it’s likely that your customers will never have to open their wallets when it comes to covered failures.

The claims process is simple and claims are usually (98.7% of the time) adjusted the same day – which means your customers can get back out and ride with little down time. GAP (General Asset Protection) is a product that’s designed to protect you should your vehicle ever be a total loss, or stolen.
In many cases a vehicle will not be worth as much as a customer owes at time of loss. This means there is a “GAP” between what your insurance company will pay for the vehicle and what you still owe the bank. GAP protection will make up the difference (based on policy limits) and you won’t have to go out of pocket in the case your vehicle is a total loss.

The Aftercare GPS Guided Theft Recovery System

We start with a powerful magnetic GPS unit which requires no wiring to install (it operates with its own battery and does not use the vehicle battery);

Add CATM1 cellular service, pre-paid for the entire coverage term (no monthly fees);

Layer it with GPS, satellite, cellular and wireless location capabilities;

And you get a vehicle that is likely to be RECOVERED in the event of a THEFT.

If recovery isn’t successful, you will receive a credit towards the purchase of a replacement vehicle from the dealership.

How it works:

The device sends a signal to headquarters once every 24 hours so that we can be sure the GPS is working and has ample battery life. In the event of vehicle theft and after the filing of a police report, our HQ starts communicating with the GPS every few minutes and provides access to the location tracking portal to the authorities. This results in vehicle recovery more than 95% of the time. If it fails, we provide a theft benefit of up to $5000 (based on the vehicle cost) towards a replacement vehicle.

Our all new Aftercare Tire Protectant Program works like magic. With an annual application of this chemistry you will protect the tires on ATVs, UTVs, Mowers, Tractors and Golf Cars from punctures. It actually fills and seals punctures up to 3/8 inch in size. The treatment comes with a 1 year renewable warranty that covers replacement TireJect Tire Sealant if needed as part of a covered repair, plugs and labor to repair the tire. But it works so well, it’s more likely that you will get a puncture and not even know it.

Available at select dealers. Pre-paid maintenance allows you to pay for the future required maintenance of your vehicle at today’s prices and can be included with your vehicle financing.

The program covers oil and filter changes, tune-ups, fluid checks and other required services performed at manufacturer recommended intervals.  You can even use it while traveling – by visiting a franchised dealer on your route! Choose the 3 year/6 service/18,000 mile plan or the 5 year/10 service/30,000 mile plan.

Aftercare surface protection

Our all new Aftercare Surface Protectant Program works like magic. It is a one-time application of clear chemistry that will protect the paint and chrome on Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, Snowmobiles, Boats and Golf Cars for years. The treatment comes with a 5 year warranty that covers damage due to things like tree sap, bugs, UV damage, Acid rain and more.

Tire & Wheel coverage is available in most states, although the benefits allowed differ in some areas. With the increasing cost of rims and tires, T&W coverage can provide a significant benefit in the event of a road hazard.

Tire & Wheel coverage usually includes motor club benefits like road side assistance, emergency lodging, etc.

Since coverage options vary from state to state, please read the contract you are offering carefully so that you can explain the benefits properly to your customers.
